How far is the clinic from Varsity Lakes? +
Only a few minutes. Our clinic is at Shop 12, 203 Robina Town Centre Drive in Robina — the next suburb over — with free 2-hour parking right on-site.
Do I need a referral? +
No referral is needed. We do ask you to book ahead — it's how we keep every visit private and unhurried. Your first appointment is simply a relaxed conversation about your goals.
Who performs the treatments? +
Your care is led by Sheila Manubag RN, who founded Eila and practises at the Robina and Perth clinics, with Gabrielle Munro NP guiding the clinical side of the practice.
I have never done anything like this before — is that okay? +
More than okay — most of the people we see are starting exactly where you are. The first consultation is built for that: a relaxed sit-down to ask every question on your mind, with no expectation that you book anything. You set the pace.
How long is a first appointment? +
Allow around 45 minutes for a first consultation. It's enough time to talk through your face, your skin and what you're hoping for, unhurried — and you never have to decide anything on the day.
What treatments do you offer? +
Three areas — Facial Architecture (assessment and planning), Clinical Skin Treatments, and Skin Needling. Every one begins with an assessment, and we only ever recommend what genuinely suits you.
