Use Of Gift Cards

Eila Aesthetics gift cards may be used toward eligible services or products at Eila Aesthetics, subject to appointment availability, practitioner assessment and suitability.

Assessment Still Applies

A gift card does not entitle the holder to any particular treatment, and does not mean a particular treatment will be suitable or provided. Clinical assessment, consent, contraindications, timing and safety considerations still apply at the appointment.

Expiry

Gift cards are valid for at least 3 years from the date of supply or purchase unless a longer period is shown on the gift card. The expiry date or validity period should be shown on the gift card.

Bookings

Appointments should be booked in advance. Please mention your gift card when booking and bring the gift card details to your appointment so the balance can be checked and applied.

Refunds And Cash

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission, except where required by law. Refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Balances

If the full value is not used in one appointment, the remaining balance may be used before expiry. If the appointment cost is higher than the gift card balance, the difference must be paid at the time of service.

Transfers

Gift cards may be transferred to another person unless the card states otherwise. The person using the gift card must still complete any required forms and suitability assessment.
