Gift Card T&Cs

Eila Aesthetics

1. General

ÉILA Aesthetics gift cards are issued for use toward a cosmetic consultation and, where clinically appropriate, eligible services provided by ÉILA Aesthetics.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable Australian laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Nature of Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• Are issued for consultation and/or services only

• Are not medical treatment guarantees

• Do not constitute a promise or entitlement to any specific procedure or outcome

Gift cards may not be used for the purchase of retail products unless expressly stated.

3. Redemption & Use

• Gift cards may only be redeemed by the named recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of appointment.

• An appointment is required; availability is not guaranteed.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another gift card.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Consultation & Clinical Assessment

All services are subject to a clinical consultation and assessment.

During the consultation:

• Medical history and suitability will be assessed

• Risks, benefits, and alternatives will be discussed

• No service will be provided unless it is clinically appropriate

Possession of a gift card does not guarantee that any service will be provided.

If a service is deemed unsuitable or not clinically indicated:

• The consultation will still be honoured

• No cash refund will be provided

• The gift card value may be applied to other eligible services, where appropriate

5. Practitioner Discretion & Prescribing Requirements

Some services require:

• Assessment and approval by a qualified prescribing practitioner

• Compliance with professional scope of practice obligations

ÉILA Aesthetics practitioners retain full clinical discretion at all times.

Gift cards do not override clinical judgment, prescribing requirements, or professional obligations.

6. Expiry

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

Failure to attend a booked appointment or late cancellation may result in:

• Forfeiture of the consultation component, or

• Deduction from the gift card value

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• ÉILA Aesthetics is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.

• No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with gift cards is handled in accordance with ÉILA Aesthetics’ Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

10. Amendments

ÉILA Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time of redemption will apply.
