Booking deposit
A $50 deposit secures each appointment. It comes off the cost of your treatment on the day.
Changing or cancelling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Call 0486 330 902 or email info@eilaaesthetics.com.au. With 48 hours' notice, your deposit moves to your new appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, the deposit is kept.
Minimum age
Treatments at Eila are for clients aged 18 and over, and we may ask for photo ID. Clients under 18 may attend a consultation only, with a parent or guardian present. No treatment is booked for anyone under 18.
